Converting a trial account

If you want to convert your free trial to a full account and, in doing so, keep all the information that was added onto it throughout your trial, you can do so through your Tapestry account.

Please note that regardless of when you convert it, you will still get the rest of your trial free before your annual subscription starts, so once you've made the decision it decreases the chance of a break in service if you convert straight away.

NB: If you find your trial has expired and you haven't already completed the procedure below, then you won't be able to access Tapestry to convert. In this case, email tapestry.support@eyfs.info and we'll send you an invoice.

First of all, log into Tapestry, click on your username, and then select 'Purchase Tapestry' in the drop down menu.

That will take you to the page shown below.

(1) Most of the fields will have been automatically filled in for you (you can edit if required), but you will need to specify which size package you would like.
(2) Add anything else you may like to tell us or enquire about.
(3) Once you have sent that (by pressing submit), we will be able to convert your trial for you and you will receive an email with a link to your invoice in.

Paying Your Invoice

We get a lot of questions about how to pay invoices for Tapestry. Hopefully this tutorial will solve most common queries.

It’s quite likely you will want to pay through the FSF. You are linked to the appropriate page in the email we send you as follows:

You find more information on how to pay for your invoice by card/cheque or BACS at this tutorial.
