Has any one managed to download PRAMS? Our computer says it cannot download it because it cannot be installed with JRE system less than 1.6.......

Somewhere over 2000 people have installed PRAMS successfully to date, so you're not alone.
The JRE message is a simple one to resolve - it's discussed in the userguide (which you might like to download, it's in the same part of the Resource Library as PRAMS) and you can find out how to overcome it in this topic (which is pinned to the top of the PRAMS support forum area).
