Hi, I am new to Prams and have managed to upload data and produce reports, however when i print the group assessment reports some areas are blank. The report looks fine on the screen with all 6 areas present, but when i go to print preview one or two of the graphs are missing, just a heading and the percentages. Can't work out why it would print some areas and not others. I have selected the print version and checked the help tips, but still baffled.
Love the system, just need to master this bit.
Any suggestions?

Hi Cindy -
Glad you're enjoying using PRAMS and thanks for telling us!
With regard to the group assessment report, I'm not sure why you're seeing those areas missing. Can you tell me what browser you're using? It wouldn't be Chrome by any chance would it?

Hi Jow, welcome to the FSF and congratulations on making your first post.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Firstly I do not recommend Chrome for printing reports, it is likely to make a mess of it. Open the report in Internet Explorer and click "File > Page Setup", make sure that "Print Background Colors and Images" is ticked and click "OK" (the Page Setup screen also allows you to turn off the browser header and footer elements, which may make your printed report look nicer). If this doesn't fix the problem please let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Good luck.
