Hi can anyone help me please??

I'm writing my written tasks and not sure if I'm doing them right!!!!

I am finding that a lot of paragraphs don't have standards to like to as I find they are only there to make it flow better. Should I keep them or take them out.

For example

Following on from the phone call I planned to integrate children aged between 24 months and 30 months into the setting. Previously children needed to be 30 months before they could start the setting however our Ofsted certificate stated that we could provide care for children aged 2 years and above.

I knew that in order to integrate children aged 24 months into our setting I first need to begin by ensuring that we had an enabling environment. The EYFS states that ... ‘A rich and varied environment supports children’s learning and development. It gives them the confidence to explore and learn in secure and safe, yet challenging, indoor and outdoor spaces.’ EYFS principle in practice card 3.3 The Learning Environment.

In order to create a purposeful, stimulating and encouraging environment for 2 year olds as well as ensuring that the environment remained purposeful, stimulating and encouraging for 3 year olds I decided to draw up a plan of the setting and observe how the children used it. From these observations it was clear that the children had limited choices and restricted opportunities to move around freely due to the amount of tables in the setting. By removing the tables in the small hall the children were able to move more freely around the room and between activities. Standard 12

The other two don't link in but do I really need them????

Hi Sazz,

I was told that these paragraphs are important as they build up the picture, so even though they dont cross reference to the standards, they are necessary. What im doing is completing my task, cross referencing and then if theres an issue with word count i will rephrase those paragraphs that i havent referenced. :)
Even though the voices in my head aren't real they have some good ideas!
