Hi there, and welcome aboard!!!!
Why look for a book? Try telling the story, it's not as scary as it seems - you could gather some toys and approriate props together to support the tale and
later perhaps develop a re-enactment. Make sure you create a comfortable, interruption-free area (toileting first can be a good idea) and enjoy yourself! I work with 2 and a half year-olds up to 5, and they all love our story-telling sessions!
