Working through the PSLA accreditation guidance I've got to 10.4 on recruitment of staff which requires an equal opportunities employment policy covering a lot more than my existing equal opps policy. Does anyone have a policy which has been accepted by the accreditaion assessor that I could use as a guide to writing my own?
